Complaints and exchanges
Product returns are not possible for rings and bracelets, as these are specific goods manufactured to your order (ring size and bracelet size).
It is possible to enlarge or reduce an existing ring, with compensation according to the current price list. Enlarging/reducing a ring costs 10 Euros. (enlarging a bracelet 10 Euros, reducing 8 Euros) Shipping and return costs are borne by the buyer.
Product returns are possible, even for goods manufactured to your order, for necklaces, earrings, and brooches (for these products, the dimensions are unique, and despite being custom-made, I accept returns). For these items, you can return them or unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason. The 14-day period begins from the day you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product.
Should you wish to initiate the product return process or unilateral termination of the contract, you (the buyer) are responsible for organizing the return and paying the postage costs. (All direct costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer.)
After receiving the returned goods, I will issue a refund within 14 days to the account from which the payment was made, provided the goods are in good condition.
The return process follows this procedure:
- Send an email to zdravkazd@yahoo.com stating that you wish to make a return.
In the notification, you will provide your first and last name, address, phone number, and email address.
If you wish, you may, at your discretion, also use the attached sample form for unilateral termination of the contract and include it with your return notification.
Returns are not possible without the attached purchase receipt issued by ZiZou nakit.
- After I confirm receipt of your request, you may proceed with sending the goods.
I will respond to requests within 48 hours of receiving them. Once you have received my response, you can return the goods to the following address:

Until the goods are returned to the specified address, you/the buyer bear responsibility for the quality of the goods.
- After I receive the returned goods, I will issue a refund within 14 days, provided the goods are returned undamaged. If I detect damage, I will notify you in writing and, in that case, I will return the goods to you after you pay for the postage costs.
Goods you intend to return within 14 days must not be used or subjected to any other actions that would diminish their value.
Contract duration
The contract that the Buyer concludes with the Seller is a one-time distance sales contract for products, which is fulfilled upon delivery of the goods and payment by the buyer, unless it is terminated. These Pre-contractual notices are an integral part of the contract.
DELIVERY
ZiZou nakit delivers purchased goods to the buyer's address via DPD within 15 working days from the moment the payment is visible on the account (unless the deadline is extended for a previously stated reason).
The delivery amount will be indicated on the invoice when placing the order, or included in the total amount, and after paying the amount upon receipt of the package, the Buyer will not incur any additional payments.
Delivery cost within the Republic of Croatia is 5.5 EUR.
For purchases totaling over 130 EUR, shipping is free.
The delivery price for areas outside the Republic of Croatia is 7 EUR.
ZiZou nakit is not responsible and does not bear additional shipping costs if the buyer has indicated an incorrect address in their order or if the buyer's name is not clearly marked at the specified address.
All complaints, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, can be sent via email to the email address zdravkazd@yahoo.com.
A reply to your complaint must be in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
In the event of a dispute, if it cannot be resolved amicably, the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction, applying Croatian law. Disputes can be resolved before mediation centers.
Consumer disputes can be resolved through the European Commission's ODR platform.
