Delivery

ZiZou nakit delivers purchased goods to the customer's address via DPD within 15 working days from the moment the payment is visible on the account (unless the deadline is extended for a previously indicated reason).
The delivery amount will be indicated on the invoice when placing the order, i.e., included in the total amount, and after paying the amount upon receipt of the package, the Customer will not have any additional payments.

Shipping cost within the Republic of Croatia is EUR 5.04.

For purchases totaling over HRK 800, shipping is free.

The shipping cost for areas outside the Republic of Croatia is EUR 5.97.

ZiZou nakit is not responsible and does not bear additional shipping costs if the buyer has indicated an incorrect address in their order or if the buyer's name is not clearly marked at the specified address.
